Registration Information 

Submit the documents below via PDF to your advisor via email

1.    Passport photo page

2.    US Visa

3.    I-94  (Download I-94 Here)

4.    I-20

5.  Voided check: Please send an image of a check for the account in your study location where you wish for your stipends and reimbursements to be deposited with the word "VOID" written in large letters across the center of the check.  We must have an image of the check from the bank -and not just a direct deposit form- to ensure we have accurate account information.

**Items 1-4 should be submitted for you, your spouse and your dependents traveling with you to your study location.  For any dependents arriving at a later date submit these documents once they arrive at the study location **

In the same email to your advisor indicate:

1.  If you have been previously sponsored on scholarship from any agency in Kuwait.

2.  Your social status (single/married/divorced), if you have children, the number of children you have.

3.  Your home/mailing address at your study location in this format:

                        Street                                                  

                        Unit Number    

                        City, State, Country, Postal Code

4.  Study Location phone number where you can be reached  during your scholarship with a working voicemail system.

5.  Your preferred email address (We suggest your university email address or Gmail  accounts.)
