Authority Rules and RegulationsThe rules and regulations
are meant to serve as guidelines for graduate students studying in the United
States and Canada who are sponsored by Public Authority for Applied PAAET, and
under the supervision of, the Cultural Office in Washington, D.C. These rules
and regulations have been amended since they were printed by PAAET in Kuwait.
Therefore, please contact your Embassy Academic
Advisor for up to date information. All Students are to abide by the rules
and general regulations of the scholarship. The Cultural Office submits recommendations
about any student who violates these rules. Please note that you will need Adobe
