Kuwait Charitable Foundations (Special Scholarships) include scholarships awarded by the following:

• H.H. the Amir
• The Crown Prince
• Sheikh Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah
• Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah Foundation
• Sheikh Naser Al-Sabah
• Al-Shahid
• The Higher Council for Handicapped Affairs
