Notice for all students

Students on F or J visas are required to File Form 8843 by April 15 each year. Students are not required to pay U.S. income tax but completion of this form is a required by U.S. law to establish that you are a non-resident for tax purposes.

Students with graduate assistantships or who are otherwise receiving income from a U.S. source must meet their tax obligations.

You are required to complete the forms and mail it to the address specified.
